Pedro Acosta arrived in MotoGP in 2024 as the reigning Moto2 champion and was on the podium in only his second race, on a Red Bull GasGas Tech3 bike. For 2025 he moved up to the factory Red Bull KTM team.
Here are all our Pedro Acosta race suits and his jacket, from his rookie season to the factory orange. Each suit is a real riding suit, made to order in your size.

Which Acosta suit should you pick?
Navy and orange is the classic KTM look and the one that goes best with a KTM, so the 2025 suit is the safe choice. The 2024 GasGas suit, with red in place of orange, is a nice reminder of his rookie year. The British GP design is the brightest, and the winter-test suit is the plainest.
On the road, the jacket gives you the same look in a more practical package.
How the suits are made
Every suit on this page is built the same way underneath, whatever the colours:
- Shell: top-grain cowhide, 1.2-1.3 mm, as standard. Kangaroo leather is available as an upgrade if you want a lighter suit (kangaroo vs cowhide explained).
- Stretch Kevlar panels (standard), with an optional Schoeller Keprotec upgrade.
- CE-certified armor (Level 1 and Level 2) at the shoulders, elbows, knees and back, all removable.
- External shoulder, elbow and knee protection, removable knee sliders, and double and triple stitching at the stress points.
You choose the build when you order:
- 1-piece or 2-piece suit (2-piece: jacket and pants join with a connecting zip). Not sure which? Read one-piece vs two-piece race suits.
- Men’s or women’s fit, standard sizes US 36-50 (XS-4XL), or custom sizing from your measurements
- Hump: none, standard, ventilated or hydro
- Perforation: none, chest, front or full suit
The jackets
The jackets are for the road rather than the track. Each one is top-grain cowhide, 1.2-1.3 mm, with stretch Kevlar panels at the sleeves and cuffs and CE-certified armor (Level 1 and Level 2) at the shoulders, elbows and back, all removable. They’re made to order in sizes XS to 4XL; check each jacket’s page for the sizing options.
