Pedro Acosta came into MotoGP as the sport’s next big thing, and 2025 put him in factory KTM colors. Our Pedro Acosta replica leather suit follows that look: dark navy upper body, KTM-style orange lower legs, and energy-drink-sponsor-style graphics on the chest and back. It’s a favorite with younger riders and anyone on an orange bike.

It is built to be ridden hard. You get a cowhide leather shell, stretch panels at the sleeves, cuffs and crotch, expansion panels on the legs, armor at the shoulders, elbows, knees and spine, and removable knee sliders. Most track riders pair it with a standard or ventilated hump. If you’re still growing into your riding (or your size), custom sizing is an option. As pictured, it has an aero hump on the back, which holds a water bottle.

What it’s made of

• Shell: top-grain cowhide leather, 1.2-1.3 mm. Kangaroo leather is available as an upgrade.
• Stretch Kevlar panels (standard), with an optional Schoeller Keprotec upgrade, at the sleeves, cuffs and crotch, plus expansion panels on the legs.
• CE-certified armor (Level 1 and Level 2) at the shoulders, elbows, knees and back, all removable.
• External protection on the shoulders, elbows and knees, removable knee sliders, heavy-duty zippers, double and triple stitching at stress points, mesh lining, and neoprene at the collar and cuffs.

• Men’s or women’s fit, sizes US 36-50 (XS-4XL), or custom sizing from your measurements
